Is it only for me, or something just changed to fonts and letter sizes on Chrome? Edge and Safari are still ok

I updated Chrome (and Windows), but it didn’t help. I also noticed that fonts and sizes are ok with debugger on, but when debugger is off then fonts and sizes are off. They are also off in live. This is only in Chrome.
Coming back, it must be something on my computer. I just installed Chrome app on mobile and it looks alright. I continue searching for the error
