Forgot Pasword process

Hello guys ,

I just have a very simple problem about “forgot password” (i think).
As you see i know how to make the process (enter email on forgot pw page…), after i receive an reset email with a temp pasword (that i made). I click to the link wich makes me go to the reset pw page, i put the temp pw as old one and the new… And finaly, it just doesn’t work because i have a pop up which said i need to be logged in… I just don’t get it

Do you have any ideae please ?

Unless you are trying to do something more advanced, you only need these two workflows.

When Reset Password Button is clicked:

User gets email, click on link, goes to reset_pw page.

When Confirm is clicked on reset_pw page:

Done.
