Form inputs to output overlay

Hey guys!

I want to create a form, in which users can add their own inputs. The fields would be:

To:
Message:
From:

The inputs would then output automatically on an image/template to show what the text would look like on that image/template.

Any hints? Ways of doing this? (I’m pretty new to Bubble)
