@Frames The ‘Update Email’ button doesn’t work on the account page
@messly we have a brand new accounts page being launched and updated in one weeks time.
This has everything ironed out + a tone of new features and additions.
Apologies for any disruption this may have caused.
@matthieu.bouilde incoming in 7 days times… it’s been on our roadmap for a while
Can’t wait for the new updates! Fingers crossed for loaders.

@jameore please keep some of the OG designs in there, please such as original Hero sections and few others. I noticed they were gone few weeks ago and I had to grab them from an app that I previously used… Thanks in advance for the consideration (from an early adopter).

@helder Thanks for the feedback. That makes sense. We’ll work on exposing the legacy elements in a way that early adopters like yourself can still access them.
Hello, I tried to subscribe with the blackfriday code a few days ago as advertised on your website. It did not work. I sent you an email about this but never received an answer… Is Frames still being supported? That worries me a bit…
@Guillaume.b Eli here, the other half of Frames. Sorry about the issue here. Were you able to sort this?
And to answer the question, yes, Frames is still being supported Brand new product coming out this week!
@eli Looks interesting.
I am a little confused with the product and pricing. Wanting to try it out I subscribed to the $10 plan. I work on a single app, which is already fairly large and complex. I want to see if I can use frames to speed up adding new pages and refactoring exsiting designs etc.
Should I have bought the single app license? Will that give me access to both single components and the page designs as well or just the page designs?
Thanks!
Hey @SK1, thanks for your support! We will definitely create more clarity on the pricing.
We have split Frames into two products in order to focus each towards a more specific use case.
The first one is the Frames Builder which gives you access to the all the core elements in the builder widget, a personal library you can save your own elements to, and some of the basic components in the design library. This is designed for everyday, more granular use and can be used to build out full designs or refactor existing designs. Essentially it replaces Bubble’s native element tree with a lot more functionality. If you already have your general app designs done, this will work work well for both refactoring existing elements and building new components.
The second one is the Frames Library which is our predesigned component library. We’ve made this a one time license purchase tied to an app id so it’s accessible by any Frames user working on your app. This will include all the premium and free elements in the library but no access to the Builder widget. The designer license is geared towards creating the initial page designs rather than refactoring existing designs.
Hope that helps! Happy to chat more if needed!
Thanks @eli . That helps.
I presume that if for any reason, I have to cancel my subscription, any elemets which are added to my app will still function as per normal? Thanks.
Absolutely. Elements added to your app are forever fully functional regardless of your account status with Frames.
Just added
Frames Library / Focus groups / Focus 01
Frames Library / Focus groups / Focus 02
Frames Library / Focus groups / Focus 03
Frames Library / Focus groups / Focus 04 + Workflows
Enjoy
@eli - 99% sure this is user error, but can’t figure out with the manual or this post
I’ve subscribed to Frames Builder and logged in. I can see the Frames Builder in the sidebar UI panel and access via the black circle in the lower right, but I can’t figure out how to save my own elements to my personal library? Has that feature not been launched yet? Or do I need to enable something that I’ve missed? Thanks!
Hi @charlie327,
That feature has been live for a while though we did just fix an issue that wasn’t allowing some people to copy back into their app.
You can Save to your library in two ways.
The first and recommended one is the little Frames ‘Save’ button at the top of your element when you select it
If for some reason that’s not showing, you can click ‘Save to Frames’ from the Edit icon in the top bar of the editor
Hi @eli
Thanks for quick response - really helpful. Incidentally, I stumbled upon the 2nd method (“Save to Frames” from the Edit icon) late last night by accident and been really pleased with the feature today. For some reason the 1st method isn’t showing at all - not sure why.
Just for curiosity - did I miss documentation or a guide with these kinds of tips & tricks for Frames? Thanks!
Glad it’s working for you!
No, you haven’t missed anything. We are currently working on robust documentation and education that should be out soon but is not yet available.
