Yes, you need to set up the geo permissions (you can restrict what countries you can SMS to) on the from number and it works fine.

Agree Plivio is easier, but they donât do Zapier and I would rather not double up on services.
Make sure you read Twilioâs documentation - their number structure has quite a bit to do with sending limits!
Can you be more specific regarding 'phone number assigned to you"? Did you actually try to send sms form bubble where from numbers country code is different from to number?

I am experiencing a little problem:
If I try to send a text message - the message is not sent unless I add the receiving number as âVerified Caller IDâ in the Twilio Dashboard. I want to note that I am still in the Trial Account so maybe thatâs causing the issue.
Here is the workflow:
The value in the âToâ - field is a valid phone number in this format: â+39346XXXXXXXâ - and as stated before - the workflow runs as it should if I add that number as âVerified Caller IDâ.
