Generate a Link which when clicked Modifies a Data Record

Hi,

I’m in need of some help generating 3 links which when one is clicked, records that it was the one clicked and modifies the data record.

This is for an appointment confirmation with 3 options presented to the user in an email. The user is responding by clicking the link and the result should be that the appointment time is modified in the database.

You can pass the on ID of appointment At the URL link and use get data from page URL.
