Got charged for WU of the unused app!

Guys, Bubble got our app down because of WU overages. And the app that couldn’t be reached by visitors the whole day spent 23k WU!!!
So Bubble is incorrect on WU as I see. And the previous days the app wasn’t visited the whole night but still had been using WU. No scheduled workflows, no backend workflows, no APIs connected. I can send you all the screenshots.
If it’s 20-30k a day so it’s 600-900k a month! That’s why we’ve been charged so much. Nobody is using app and we pay a ton of money.
Please help with that. Support just ignore that topic and saying again and again that we need to pay. But we’ve already on the annual plan and paying and paying for overages a LOT!

Also, look at the amount on the screenshots below. The app is not working, can’t be reached, it says “It’s used to be a Bubble app”.

At first, I’ve made a screenshot at 7:48pm and it was $187.54:

Then, I got back on this page at 9pm and it says $188.08 but the app wasn’t working!

And then, I refreshed the page at 9:02pm and it became $187.65:

So for the non-working and non-published app why are we charged? If there are no workflows run. If we charged half a dollar every hour so it’s $12 a day and $360 a month! And this is for non-working app!

But as you can see 23k WU used. No way it could be possible with non-working app…

Check server logs for a period where there were a usage (past 24hours maybe?)

Sarah, the app was offline. Everyone who had been visiting the domain saw the Bubble splash screen with the “This used to be a Bubble app”. So there is no way how those WU could be used by anyone.

But here you go, the same story with your timeframe:

As you can see 23k of WU have been used according to Bubble, but no visits, no workflow runs. Because the app was downgraded and offline. So even we couldn’t access it until we have paid for all the WU that we didn’t actually use. And it’s just one day. I see that they were doing it all the time before.

This is for sure a huge bug and I want my money back for all of those WU that they overcharged us with in this app.

Since there is no legit method to check the credibility of those WU usages, I assume there are much more companies like us who haven’t checked the server logs everyday and haven’t been calculating WUs. If we hadn’t been downgraded with no prior emails about that, I wouldn’t have found the issue and would continue to pay for the overages.
