Help me with my SEO's website

Hi,
I used LightHouse to see some analytics of my website, and this is what it gives me. I have a question regarding SEO. I have a very good score for SEO, but my performance is bad. (although when I go on my website , there isn’t any bugs and the pages load fast).
I don’t understand how my SEO is good, but performance is bad. I thought performance was affecting SEO, so performance bad = SEO bad.
Can someone please enlighten me? Also, do you have tips to improve performance?

Share your website?

I am not sure how it can help to share the website?
But I can dm you the link

Not your editor or anything, just the preview link or domain.

Do you have any idea?

Performance = page load speeds vs proper H1,H2,Image tags.

To illustrate why he asked for the URL, the screenshot isn’t enough for anyone to help diagnose the issue, other than those first two data points. Something is taking almost 13 seconds to load and it isn’t clear if you are looking at the mobile or desktop score.

For what it is worth, bubble in general is not great at performance (tons of threads on the forum about it). To illustrate, I ran a test a few weeks ago on a blank page with only an out-of-the-box bubble header and the Performance score for Desktop was in the 60s. If that is the ceiling, adding images (make sure to compress em), lots of groups, not using styles, and repeating groups for example, will keep chipping away at it (not an expert, just notes I’ve taken from others on these forums).

Thank you for the explanation and for the tips. So is it accurate that my SEO is good (92) even if my performance is pretty bad ? So do you think that my website will rank in google search?

Here’s the link of my website : immostat.ca

Referencing my old posts (I hope to be proven wrong by someone though!)

If I understand, you would do a landing page outside bubble as a primary domain which has a button directing to the interactive bubble page, and the bubble page as a subdomain?
It is so weird, I tried again and now the performance is much better on desktop

Yes exactly, thats what I do. Also, the performance of desktop vs mobile could be very different if you have bubble doing different things at lower resolutions, so I’m not surprised you get different scores.

Thank you. Did you see an increase in organic traffic due to SEO with your new landing page?

Well I haven’t done any SEO work yet, so no

But at least Google doesn’t complain anymore in all its site tools!

I see you’ve dramitically improved your scores. any insight as to how you did it?

I created a full coded landing page. Now my lowest score is 91 *which is performance on mobile. All the other are 100s.
