Help Needed: VRBO Calendar Sync & Booking Workflow on Bubble

Hi everyone – I’m building a vacation‐rental site in Bubble with 7 condos and running into a few roadblocks:

  • VRBO calendar sync: I’m using the ICS Parser plugin to pull each condo’s iCal feed, but I can’t seem to parse the VEVENT blocks correctly or save the booked date ranges into my “Booked Dates” data type. My regex patterns for DTSTART/DTEND aren’t firing, and the “formatted as list of dates” step won’t accept my inputs.
  • Blocking dates on Air Date/Time Picker: Even after I store booked ranges, I can’t get the picker to disable those dates dynamically.
  • Stripe & booking workflow: I need a “Book Now” → payment → booking record flow that automatically updates availability, but I’m not sure where to pass page data or trigger the backend workflow.

I’ve scoured the docs and watched a few tutorials, but I’m still stuck. If you’ve tackled something similar (or know a plugin/workflow that simplifies this), I’d love your guidance or even to hire someone familiar with Bubble’s calendar & payments features for a modest fee. Hi, I’ve built 2 sites with booking, ticketing etc. One failed, one in production.
If you wanna jump on a video call and bounce ideas I’m down. Not trying to charge anything here I just think it’s fun to see if I can flex my bubble skills.
