Help with "Data Types"

Hello there, So i am following a tutorial on how to make a forum however it does not go into much detail more of “do this, do that” kind of thing,

Anyway it asked me to make a database and a field called “post likes” and set its field type to “list of users” and “Post comments” with “List of comments” I can not work out to do it

Choose Comments…then tick the box to make it a list in the next step.
