Hi I’m building a similar app to stockx.com and when i visit a shoe on their site it seems they don’t use dynamic pages or values. Each shoe has its own page. Is this because on each page it has its own data to store for bids?

Since it’s the external website that is not running on Bubble, it’s kinda hard to say how exactly they are structuring their data 
But my take is that whatever CMS they are using for their website is rendering the URLs based on the list of things in their database.
So not sure what you meant exactly by “each page has its own data to store”, but if you’re asking if they did all the static pages for each one of their shoes - the answer is most probably no.
