I have a function in my app where a user can upload a CSV and it will import into my database. It works fine, but there’s the Bubble limit for 100 rows. I believe the solution is to first split any uploaded CSV file into x amount of files of 100 rows and then upload those x files. There are plugins that try to address this. I’m willing to hire someone to implement this splitting & upload feature if anyone is interested!

It wasn’t too hard to set up. You can look at their example.
