I’m trying to make a CAD/MDT. I’m not sure how you make a vehicle, firearm and PED database so the civilians can make a PED and register a vehicle or firearm to their PED. I also need the police to be able to search the records for any of their priors . I also want to know how to make a record function so the police can write an arrest report, a citation or a written warning and add warrent’s and bolo’s. I also need a signial 100 function so an element pops up on everyones cad except for the civilians. also i need to know how you can change officers status either by the officer cad and it shows on the dispatcher’s cad or vice vercer.
