How do I remove the default Bubble meta description?

Hi,
When I post a link to my site in instagram messages it displays the default Bubble meta details. I can’t find how to change it. Any ideas?

Thanks but I updated both of those places a long time ago. Is there somewhere else it could be coming from?

Just checked. Looks like it’s just your index page? The rest are showing the correct description. Can you share a link to view your editor or post screenshots of the index panel like mine above?
