How to build a plugin? (image uploader)

Hi,

can anyone here point me in the right direction of how to learn to build a Bubble plugin to upload images to the database?

I need something that upload images without altering, and striping, the metadata from them.

All the image/file uploaders available that I tried have problems where they remove the orientation info when .heic images are uploaded from iPhone (when users select to resize the image before uploading, when iOS prompts the choice).
