How to build an email activity log feature and a workflow builder feature?

Hi guys,

As a bubble beginner, I am coming to you with 2 distinct questions with the hope you could point me in the right direction:

  1. Is it possible to build an email activity log feature similar to Hubspot? (screenshot attached as an example)
    I would like the users of my app to be able to get the emails logged automatically onto the contact’s profile, when they communicate to each other, similar to how Hubspot does it.

I did find some information about how to setup inbound emailing with postmark but I am not sure if this is what I am looking for.
I am also wondering what happens if the users sends out emails from his Gmail (for example) to an email address which is not associated with any contact in my app.

  1. Is there any tutorial out there that would help me understand how to build an automation feature for the users of my bubble app?

I would like the users of my app to be able to build automation workflow similar to a CRM automation.

My plug-in will help quite a bit

On the flows most of it will be scheduled workflows & database related to trigger actions.
