What do you build your Postmark broadcast email html in?

I’m ready to start sending a newsletter to my users who’ve opted in. I’m using Postmark to send my transactional emails and would now like to use their broadcast feature. But creating my own HTML code is a bit daunting. I’m hoping to find a free HTML builder that supports images, download buttons, and dynamic user name fields, any recommendations?
