How to change Billion and Million format in bubble?

i want to change

1,000,000,000.00 to 1.00B
999,999,999.00 to 999.00M
99,999,999.00 to 99.00M
9,999,999.00 to 9.00M

please help if anyone know how to display my numbers up there in dynamic data
