How to create vertical radio button from list of text field?

I have question and its Multiple options stored in each row as shown in below image.
Here question data type is text while option is list of text.
I want to show vertical radio button with all these options to create a quiz. How do I achieve this?

If it a quiz wouldnt you also want to store if the answer is correct etc?

Either way you just want a repeating group to display the answers, user can then select the answer, then you’d normally run a WF to tell them if they’re correct.

Thanks I was directly using radio button for Answer options but now as per your advice, I use RG within RG and it work for me. Thanks.
