How to do for that a button shows a group the times that I clicked this

Hi everyone, I am trying to create a dynamic group that, when I click the button Add Size, this button shows me a group with the inputs size and quantity the number of times that I clicked the button.

Create a custom state on any element and set the value type to a number and give it a default value of 0. Then on a workflow when the button is clicked set the state of its own value + 1. Finally set the input to display the custom state’s value.

Hi William, Thanks for your answer. I don’t undertand how can I set the groups inputs to display the number of times of the custom state’s value?
