How to make page height responsive to element height?

*I have read all the posts about inserting fake elements within groups, and hiding them to trick Bubble into making the page height responsive. I must be doing something wrong, because it isn’t working for me.

As you can see in the image, I have a main group (“Post a Nanny Job”) that contains 4 subsections that expand and collapse. Each of those 4 subsections also have groups that expand and collapse based on how the user answers a particular question in that section.

However, if all the groups are expanded, the main group size is 4394, and thus the page size is that tall. How do I get rid of all the white space at the bottom when all the groups are collapsed? It’s driving me crazy!

When you want everything on a page to be “height-dynamic” or what you might call “height responsive”, you need to control the height of things partly by how you have the elements set up in EDIT view. I have figured this out!

Starting with a blank page, I create a group called ‘Page’. I set this group to expand/collapse. Any elements that get put inside this outer group that expand and collapse will cause the “page” length to respond to the size of the longest element.
