I have an E-Learning website where there are different type of lesson, I want that if user the click on the start lesson button then the lesson PDF should be open [Not download] I hope there must be a solution for it.
Thanks
Just link to the file URL (either with a link element or in a workflow action).
i guess my first question would be: why you’re doing e-learning with PDF’s?
In desktop there are different types of slides to learn, but I want if the user user learning in mobile it will appear in pdf.
hmm, i feel like it’d be easier to read if you had that pdf content loading directly into the browser, particularly on mobile but okay, I was just curious
Thanks for replying !
I used the plugin Pdf viewer and by using workflow action it is showing error.
I’m not sure why you need to use any plugin? Just link to the file. Pretty much all web browser can open and view PDFs so a link to the file URL will open the PDF in the browser.
Earlier I’used the link element for pdf but it did’nt work at all that’s why I’m using plugin.
What do you mean it didn’t work? What happened?
Whenever I paste url link in external url and test in preview it did’nt work.
I can’t really help as I don’t know what you mean by ‘it didn’t work’…
If you want any help you’ll have to be more specific than that.
Hi there, I’m doing a similar project (E -learning) do you have ideas you ca suggest for easy to install lesson instead of filling in PDFs? Thanks
