How to prevent Sign up a User from logging you into that user?

I am using Sign the user up

Basically, adding a user to a List. When I do this, it signs me out and logs me into their account.

How do I stop this?

Create an account for someone else rather than Sign the user up.

Or use an API Workflow that performs the “Sign the user up” action, for example, if they want to customize the password as well.
