How to protect file url

I am using the BOX plugin to use external storage. It will be for a video course platform. I use a player plugin to get the file in the BOX and reproduce it on the page. The only problem is that the video URL is exposed in the code, which allows a person to access and download the course video. How can I fix this? or would there be a better way to do it?

You’d need an external encrypted streaming platform. I expect AWS and the likes may offer this, but it’s a coders thing to set it up.

Nonetheless, someone may just record their screen and grab your video, regardless of barriers.

Oi Vini, obrigado por responder. Sei da questão de gravar vídeo, iria utilizar o Vimeo, porém eles tem um limite de upload semanal, o que me atrasaria muito.
A AWS seria melhor opção? é um serviço específico ou é a Cloud da Amazon?

Hi, sorry, I don’t have an answer to your problem, but I’m hoping you may be able to help me!

I’m currently uploading files to Box using the Zeroqode plugin. I want to be able to download those files in their original type (Word, Excel etc). At the moment, I can only view them in Preview mode, where they only appear as images.

Does your plugin allow you to download files in their original type - if so, what is the plugin, it would certainly help me!
