How to set a condition comparing a cell to another

Hi Community,

I need assistance comparing the value of one cell to the cell before it, or after it.
I have tried using using the “current cells index” but it doesn’t let you get the data of that cell index.
Ideally I wanted to “When: Current cells date is current cells index -1 date” do something
Has anyone found a work around for this?
