How to set page width?

This seems really simple, but I can I set the default width of my page? I can do it through images or other elements. But how can I preset page width? The documentation says I can choose different form factors from a default setting, or customize it. I can only see how to do this with a background image and not the page itself.

Our styles don’t have a width, but you can modify each page one-by-one for the width. We’ll put that on our list though.
