How to Trigger Event when field on DB is changed, Please help figured out

Hi please help
I need to trigger the event only when the status field is changed to active on the customer database,
cant figure out how i can setup in the Only when and lockup for data changes on DB

i don’t need an action "Trigger costume event when data is changed

You can use a database trigger event, to trigger a workflow whenever the status field on the customer is changed to Active.

Having said that, do you really need to do that?

How and where is the Status changed to Active in the first place?
