HTTP ERROR 502 - Complete downtime

Hi there, we are experiencing a complete downtime on our production application.

When we are opening our pages the browser shows an HTTP ERROR 502. This happens on 90% the cases when we open the pages on our browsers however for some of our co-workers it seems to work from time to time.

Does someone else experiences something like this?
