I need help to understand how "and" and "or" works

The thing is that I don’t trully understand both things. Like I don’t know the limits of each things, for example if I write: “when this group is visible and input 1 is empty or text 1 is visible”, bubble reads it like “when this group is visible and (input 1 is empty or text 1 is visible)” or maybe “(when this group is visible and input 1 is empty) or text 1 is visible”?

Idea: It'd be helpful to be able to re-order logic within conditions on actions

Now that Bubble takes a smarter approach to evaluating conditions on actions (i.e., it now stops evaluating the condition once it gets a “no” – awesome!), it’d be extra helpful to have a way to re-order our logic within the condition.
