I need help with a plan and payment issue

I want to cancel the recurrence of this subscription but I can’t, when I click on “cancel subscription” Bubble says that the plan no longer exists, and so they are trying to charge my credit card again. To resolve this I had to block the card. I need help canceling my plan or canceling the app.
