I want to build a chrome extention that only works on The Website

Hello everyone, I recently stumbled upon Bubble, an online platform that enables users to create Chrome extensions without any coding skills. As someone who’s interested in exploring the possibilities of this tool, I have a question regarding the development of extensions that work on specific websites.

I’m looking to build a Chrome extension that only functions on a particular website, and I’m not sure where to start. I understand that Chrome extensions have the ability to interact with web pages using content scripts, but I’m not quite sure how to limit the scope of the extension to a specific URL.

Is there a way to specify the exact website that my extension should target? Can I also limit its functionality to specific pages or sections of a website? Any advice or resources on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

I’m excited to dive deeper into the world of Chrome extensions and create something that’s tailored to my needs. Thank you in advance for your help!

The base UI, some functions, & DB can be bubble ran however you will need custom code to do parts of what you’re looking to do. For example inject a button on a specific website page (similar to fb group tools extensions). in short, yes but it really depends on what you’re trying to do and what the structure looks like. Feel free to DM me with more info and i may be able to provide a bit more guidance.

Did you want to have a chrome extension that just opens your bubble site? I’ve built those before.
