Subject: AI Agent caused critical damage to my app - urgent restore needed

Hello Bubble Support Team,

I’m reaching out urgently regarding critical damage caused by Bubble’s own AI Agent to my application (App ID: ivancarvalho837-56589).

While using the built-in AI Agent feature, it performed unauthorized and destructive actions on my app without my explicit approval, including:

  • Renaming core data types that were referenced throughout the entire app
  • Deleting data types that were critical to the app’s functionality
  • Breaking Privacy Rules configurations
  • Causing a cascade of 800+ errors across all pages

The damage is extensive:

  • Data types like product, empresa_dv, avalia__es, produto_pedido, vehicle and order were renamed or deleted
  • Every page in the app now has broken references
  • Products and services no longer display in the development environment
  • Workflows are broken throughout the app

Important: My Live version is still working perfectly, which confirms the damage was caused exclusively by the AI Agent in the development environment.

I am not a developer — I built this platform independently and do not have the technical capacity to manually fix 800+ cascading errors caused by your tool.

I am requesting an urgent restore of my development environment to any backup from the last 2 months, before the AI Agent made these changes.

This damage was caused by Bubble’s own feature, not by any action I intentionally took. I trust Bubble will take responsibility and act quickly to resolve this.

I understood its about bug.

I giving the solution for your app.

If you have any save points available in your development version, click “Main V” in the top-right corner. This will display a list of available save points.

Select the desired save point and apply it to your development version.

If no save points are available, click “Custom Date and Time” instead. Then enter the date and time you would like to restore the application to.

Please note that the availability of restore options depends on your current application plan.

If you are unable to find a suitable restore point, I recommend continuing with your support request to Bubble, as they may have access to additional recovery options that are not available through the editor.

I hope this helps and that you’re able to recover your Development version quickly.
