Icon menu does not show in the responsive view but shows in the preview

I created a Header in a Reusable Element. For small screens, the group buttons are hidden and an Icon Menu appears. The responsive view of this Reusable Element works as expected.
In the full page responsive view, the Icon Menu does not appear. This is strange.
In the full page preview, the Icon Menu appears as expected.

This is normal. You can only see the responsive behavior of the page / element if you editing them.

If you have a reusable element in your page, you will not see the behavior of this reusable element in the “Responsive tab”, only the page’s behavior.
