Image / PDF reading software

I’m looking to integrate a software that could pull data off of PDFs (pull data from fields on a utility bill - cost, usage, rate, etc)
Know of any solutions with that capability?

I played around with Mindee OCR a while back and thought it was a great program for extracting data from pdfs. It was also easy to connect to Bubble through the API Connector.
