Image Uploader not displaying on screen

I am struggling to figure out why the image uploader is not displaying on my screen when I try to test it out.

It is a pop up with a repeating group, where each box has an image uploader. However, when I preview the page, it is blank, not allowing me to upload any images?

Would appreciate any sort of help.

Does the repeating group have content associated with it? Remember, a repeating group much show database entries.
