We’ve submitted our app to both the App Store and Google Play and we’ve run into an access issue during Apple’s testing.
For context, the app is a marketplace giving users access to booking into events at restaurants. We have a live web platform version that we used to run a pilot and we’ve now built the mobile app for users.
We have provided a demo login account for Apple to test the app but they have asked us to provide access to a demo account that has access to all the functionality and already has pre-populated content, including booked events.
Their message also indicates: ‘It is also acceptable to include a demonstration mode that exhibits the app’s full features and functionality.’
It would make sense to me that, even though we have submitted the live app for review, they may also need access to the dev app for testing purposes since they can’t test the booking function on the live account.
Does anyone know how we can also provide access to the dev app for testing purposes?
