I could use some suggestions. I have an app that I created using the AI builder initially. When I tried to publish it I got an error message about a “temporary error”. My site was stuck on an ad for bubble for weeks and I was working with support to investigate the issue.
One day, weeks into this, I realized I had not received any proactive updates. I have to chase them down. A month has now gone by. My $134 was wasted (not really the point).
A bigger issue happened last week when I logged in and my index page was flat out missing. I had several save points and tried rolling back all the way to day 1 and the index was missing in each rollback.
I don’t have other ways to backup other than savepoints. I have asked support to escalate this which has resulted in 48 hours (so far) of total unresponsive.
Is this typical? Is this just the way support works at Bubble? In any other hosting provider I’ve worked with, this would be considered a level 1 outage and I would get SLA defined updates on the hour. I’m dead in the water and no one seems to care. Can anyone advise me on what else I can do?
