I know I asked this questions a few weeks ago, but I still have not found a definitive answer and need some further assistance…
My users are experiencing errors, timing out, and poor performance when running my app on Internet Explorer. I have instructed to make sure their browser is fully up to date, or to try running Chrome, but this is challenging to effectively communicate as my users are not the most tech savvy people. Chrome has been working great.
Are there any known issues related to Bubble rendering and performance on IE? Does anyone know what IE update or version is specifically needed?
