Hi @zelus_pudding
I didn’t buy the plugin yet but was asking because I didn’t see an answer to the previous post. If it is working then all good.
Could please let me know if it is possible to use it to handle this use case?
Thanks

Hi Alex, I’m reposting our solution here too since it appears that my messages to you were accidentally sent in private (in summary you have to ensure that your production app is allowed to render in iFrames):
Yes, I had responded to Alex’s request for help in a private thread without realizing he had posted here in the public thread. My apologies for making it look like I was unresponsive. In his case he hadn’t published his production app yet with the permissions to allow embedded iFrames.
Please also see my answer to your post.
I was waiting the answer too and wondered why there was no response
Good to know that it was working
Hey!
Their Label seems to be awesome!
Quick question before deep diving : can we set a custom domain, using Their Lab, such as . domain.com ? It would be awesome x 1,000,000!
Thanks!
Hey Christophe, thank you for your message! Yes, Their-Label works the same with white-labeling apex domains (such as https://apexdomain.com
) and subdomains (such as https://blog.apexdomain.com
). In fact you can give that a try using the “Test Drive” demo at https://their-label.bubbleapps.io
I have tried the plugin it is awesome… easy to implement and most importantly it works
thank you @zelus_pudding for the support
Is there a way to send parameter to white labeled url? I am using payment gateway…
Yes, I believe so. This is something I am aiming to implement today or tomorrow. Will let you know as soon as that is available!
@LinuxUser and @solinz TheirLabel can now process url parameters sent to the white label. Please upgrade your plugin to the latest version to use. Then you will be able to use Bubble’s standard Get parameter from url
function to glean parameters like so:
I have also updated the demo page to illustrate the concept and you can see this directly in the bubble editor
Brilliant!!! Thanks @zelus_pudding
Thaaaaaaanks i would say now this a complete white label solution…
Get parameter is clear. but how do i send parameter…
for example i will process the Payment gateway API then the result parameter i want to send along with white labeled to payment gateway portal. ?
Hello solinz! I have replied to your direct message
When I update the title of the page its not updating it. Also the ssl wont work … giving the error: Bad DNS for custom domain (I setup a alias with cloudflare).
Hey Ab, thanks for your message!
As mentioned in the docs, TheirLabel is an iFrame only solution to the “How can I publish one bubble app across multiple domains?” problem.
You’re certainly welcome to let Bubble know of your need for a more complete solution to this! The reason I built TheirLabel was because Bubble engineers/leadership have made it clear this is not a problem they are going to solve soon (if I recall correctly, folks in the forum have been asking for this feature since as early as 2018).
In July of this year Scott Barnett mentioned;
which would mean they likely won’t touch it earlier than January 2021. Even then, it will likely be many months before the feature rolls out, because, as @josh has said
So it’s my understanding that TheirLabel is currently the closest/most automated solution Bubbler’s have to implement a white label experience. It was inspired by @NigelG’s solution to this but as I shared in the docs, it is only a partial/interim solution until Bubble produces the one we want.
That said, I am not sure how involving a reverse proxy will help your setup (TheirLabel does not require that). Since this is an iFrame solution, those seo drawbacks are a valid concern. Even so, editing the page title and securing via ssl has been shown to work across various implementations, so I think we should be able to get it working for you. Are you using Cloudflare strictly as a DNS or as some fancy caching mechanism? If the latter, can you please make sure to clear the cache to see if that updates the page title? as for SSL, it can take time for those settings to take effect (up to 24 hours). Finally, I can assure you that running workflows should work completely as usual. Have you had a chance to peruse my exact setup for TheirLabel? That link details how I set up my demo for Their Label in Bubble.
Thnx for your long reply. Ill try to figure it out with bubble support
You bet! Please let me know if I can help in any other way.
Thank for this great plugin which is super easy to implement!
I also face an issue with the page title, which stays “White Label Bubble Apps” even after clearing the cache. This is true for multiple domains that I tried.
How can I fix this? Thanks for your help!
Hey Maru,
Thank you for your message With the page title issue, I will have to look into this tomorrow evening as I do not have access to my regular development computer at this time. I will let you know what I find / when I push the required updates. Thank you!
Alrighty Maru, sorry for the delay - I was on a trip these past 2 days and just got back. In addition to your message, there is also a feature request for adding a custom favicon. If I’m unable to push these updates out today it will certainly be by tomorrow. Thank you for your patience
