Inviting users through email

What’s the best way to have a user invite other users under their account? User A has an account and invites sub users to fill out an intake form under User A. Then if user A cancels an account I’d like all the sub accounts under User A to be removed automatically.

You can run a recursive workflow for this. Make sure to save a list of users under User A.
