Is it possible for vendors to create custom subscription products with Stripe Connect

As the title states, I just want to know if this is possible before I continue with this marketplace I am building, if not I could save time and switch to another platform but I would prefer to build it in bubble.

My app is simply a marketplace in which vendors create their own digital subscription products and customers can buy those subscriptions.

I am guessing the way I can do this is by having my app create a custom Stripe checkout session for each customer based on what product they have selected, which would have the correct subscription price set by the vendor.
But i don’t know if you can really do that. I haven’t found any other resources on this.

If someone could point me in the right direction or let me know if this is possible, please do. Thanks.

update lol
I was looking at the bubble workflows it looks like I can just create a “recurring event” that triggers a “charge current user” event.

Hope this helps someone, will try this tomorrow

Yes. It’s possible. In fact I can give you access to the only plugin on the marketplace that handles this if you wish.

Could you? That would be great. Thanks

Sure thing! What’s the app name?

its just “monthlyy” for now, temporary, why do you need it?

Inside of the plugin, I can authorize apps to use the plugin. This way you can use it for free instead of subbing

So you should be able to refresh your app and go to your plugin page, click on add plugins and then you should see a private plugin at the top called 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗨𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 :gem:

This plugin allows you to dynamically create products or subscriptions from data in your bubble database or other. It creates customer portals for your customers to manage their subs right from within your app without having to build out another UI, calculates tax, handles refunds and transfers, connect onboarding, and getting your balance transfer (stripe fee). It’s also the only plugin that allows sepa, konbini, klarna, etc. and 3d secure AND create a butt load of metadata to track the transaction.

I don’t see it check again maybe, the full thing is monthlyy-97525

Updated. Try again.

Still don’t see it, something that I didn’t set up maybe?

So it looks like I would I just use the “create checkout” action for subscribing a user to a custom subscription product

anything i’m missing exactly?

Nope that’s it! You’ll fill that bad boy in with the info, and then it creates a checkout session url. You’ll then use the action Open external page and pass the result of step x session url
