Is it possible to send an actual Facebook notification to users?

Hi there,

I’m creating a website which allows users to login with Facebook in order to create an account on the Bubble platform.

While I know I can set up a notification system within Bubble, I’m wondering if it’s possible to push notifications to facebook.com.

Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so, how to do this?

I know that I often receive Facebook notifications for games that I’ve authorized/connected with Facebook.

I read Twilio’s Notify api provide ability to send notifications to facebook messenger.Haven’t tried myself though.
