Is there a limit on monthly workflows?

I there a limit to the number of monthly workflow runs ? If so how do I identify in the pricing plan.

Hey folks!

Your app’s workflows are limited by your plan’s capacity allowance; if you exceed your reserved units, your page will be rate-limited to remain within the boundaries of your plan, so you are not using up any more than the allotted amount of capacity at any given point.
