Issues with some emails to

Hey everyone,

We discovered this morning that a few emails to our support email ( didn’t make it to our support ticketing system because they went to spam (it was an issue on our end). Some emails go back to 2 or 3 weeks from now :frowning: We’ll process these requests over the next couple of days. We’ve also fixed the underlying issue so that it doesn’t happen again.

We’ve very sorry for this. We’ll follow up shortly on each message to let users know that we found their message.
