I’ve reached out to Bubble Support multiple times regarding an issue, but I haven’t received any response. No confirmation, no follow-up—just complete silence.
At first, I thought it might be a delay, but it has been more than weeks and no clarification for that! , and still nothing. Now I’m wondering:
Is anyone else experiencing this?
How long does it usually take to get a response?
Are there any better ways to get their attention?
I really need help resolving this issue, and I’m disappointed by the lack of support. If others are facing the same problem, maybe we can bring more attention to it.
Thanks for responding! Yes, I submitted my request through the bot and have also contacted support multiple times over the past few months, but I’ve never received a response—without any clear reason.
Now, I’m trying to add a new plugin that could help a lot of people for free, and I’ve reached out again to support… but still, no response. This is really disappointing, to be honest. I understand the team is busy, but completely ignoring support requests, especially for something that benefits the community, doesn’t seem right.

I just checked, and the emails are not in my spam folder. Also, I haven’t even received the automatic support email that’s usually sent when a ticket is created.
When I go into the bot and check under messages, there’s nothing there—it’s like my requests aren’t going through at all. This has been happening for months now, and I have no idea why.
Automated responses shouldn’t be expected if you use the bot. The only time automated emails are sent is after you respond to tier 2 support via email after hours.
weird… you said you submitted through the bot though? you’re going to Contact | Bubble and are logged into the same account you submitted with?
Yes, this issue has been happening for about 6 months now, but right now, some unusual things are happening, and we really need support during these times—yet nothing happens.
And yes, I submitted through the bot, going to Contact | Bubble while being logged into the same account, but still, nothing appears under messages. It’s like my requests just disappear.
ok following up here: the team didn’t see any tickets submitted recently from your account and nothing on our end indicates that the support bot is having issues.
Are you sure you are fully completing the flow with the chat bot to submit a support request? And I’m assuming you don’t have any browser extensions that could interfere with the bot?

I had contacted the bot yesterday and i got reply and my problem still in processing .
No it works from chatbot.
But if i try to send email to support@bubble.io this will not work and i didn’t get ticket id
I tried now also still emailing via email nothing reach bubble i don’t why
