We are looking for a developer to join our three-person team in expanding Glazepoint.app, a CRM specifically designed for the double glazing industry. Unlike other glazing CRMs, we provide integrated window design software and a comprehensive suite of features that simplify the daily operations of double-glazing companies.
The market is large, with individual companies paying about £350/month on average to subscribe to our software. There are about 10,000 companies in the UK which we can approach.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of coding experience with Bubble and preferably proficiency in other languages as well. In exchange for your contributions, we are offering an equity stake in the business.
Our team includes a salesman with 25 years of experience in the glazing industry and two developers. Although we are now profitable, the company is still in its early stages, and there is significant work ahead. We are preparing for a major expo next year and aim to implement many new features by then. Since we are offering equity instead of a salary, you will have the flexibility to set your own hours.

Great to hear from you. I have a question; do you know a way of creating a window designer, like this https://www.windowsoftware.co.uk/ using Bubble or other languages? It does not need to be 3D, but the images need to be as realistic as possible and scalable based on customer size inputs.
We are exhibiting at a huge Expo event next April where 10,000 windows companies will attend. We will be the ONLY software which offers an all-in-one solution (a CRM combined with window designer). We discovered that our rival Admin Base doubled their client base to about at the last event 2 years ago and they don’t even have a window design system at all!.
We only have 10 window companies using our software, they pay anywhere from £99 to £400/month and feedback is great. We stopped advertising because we were trying to fix all the bugs and my partner and me couldn’t handle more customers yet. However, now all is fine and we will steadily continue to grow.
Our biggest issue is that our internal window designer is not as good as the CAD system above. We need to have the window designer developed before the Expo event to take full advantage of that opportunity.
