Launch app with demo stripe api key

I was wondering if it would be ok to launch my app with th demo stripe Api keys so that it could be used to demonstrate how my app works by letting potential clients navigate the system and get a general feel of how things work.?

I have a two sided app and this strategy would allow me to register users in preparation as my app requires coverage before actual live launch.

Maybe you should check out stripe test mode when you are testing your product. It will be similar to your final stripe setting and no money or product moves around.
