Layout and opacity POPUP

Hello everybody,

I would like to know if there is a way for me to change the positioning of my popup, currently it only appears at the top of the application and I would also like to change the opacity of only the popup and not the elements within it

change the opacity of only the popup and not the elements within it

Leave the popup’s Opacity property at 100% and modify the percentage opacity of the popup’s Background Color property.
