Left menu with Repeating Group content

Hi,
I need to make the menu on the left with RepeatingGroup inside. I tried to do it with the help of Floatingroup, but there were scrolls and emptiness at the bottom. How do I fix this?

I use custom css…I install the classify plugin to make it easy to use the CSS…I use a floating group as the side menu and in the CSS I set the height to be 100vhand I make sure to have the scroll bar in the CSS on auto and the horizontal scroll on none
