Link page workflow sent to email not working on mobile phone

email confirmation link sent to email is only working on desktop but doesn’t work on mobile

Can you try now? Bubble’s email service was down for some time and they have rectified the issue now

when i click the link on gmail
it shows confirm email button
now that confirm email button is meant to be clicked and change the confirm_email field to yes
but on mobile it doesnt change

We got on a call and figured out the solution. It’s got to do with the cookies in your browser. If they are disabled or your browser is running in safe mode, if you use the confirmation email URL (that you get from the Bubble workflow action), it does not log you in.
Enable the cookies and you should be good to go for testing. Once you take it into production, configure a domain so that the browser sees it as a trusted site and not something malicious.
